What You'll Do

  • Safety is E2 Optics' number one Core Value. All employees are expected to follow safe work practices, as well as adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and procedures.
  • Project Onboarding & Workflow Management
    • Orchestrate the intake/onboarding sequence immediately upon receiving Award Notices
    • Track and monitor pending project leadership assignments and executive reviews before initiating final setups
    • Audit won estimates for completeness, validating that project information, scope, and parameters match contractual agreements
    • Compile and generate the formal Project Setup Form utilizing validated estimate metrics and project data

  • Platform Integration & Budget Controls
    • Push approved project estimates directly into Procore to establish the baseline project budget
    • Validate and audit cost codes across platforms to guarantee flawless synchronization between accounting structure and field tracking
    • Submit validated Project Setup Forms to the dedicated corporate Job Setup Team for prompt execution into the NetSuite billing system
    • Lock in budgets and cost codes across Procore and NetSuite to prevent downstream billing discrepancies

  • Team Continuity & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Maintain operational continuity by cross-training on Tier-1 Procore Support Specialist functions, including routine user provisioning, basic troubleshooting, and tool access, to provide seamless team coverage and support during absences or high-volume periods.
    • Provide temporary coverage for Procore platform administration during teammate absences to eliminate operational bottlenecks
    • Collaborate actively with Account Executives, Project Teams, and the central Job Setup Team to expedite the transition timeline from sales to operations
  • Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics.

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Degree or coursework in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Procore Certification(s) (e.g., Procore Certified: Associate, Core Tools) is preferred but can be completed upon hire
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing Procore in an operational capacity is preferred but not required
  • Experience with construction estimating, costing, budgeting, or related project financial workflows is preferred
  • Background in business technology, software support, database management, or general platform administration
  • Basic data entry or database management experience required
  • Exceptional Data Precision: Absolute accuracy in transferring data, mapping cost codes, and validating multi-line item budgets
  • Process & Velocity Mindset: Ability to rigidly follow sequential workflows while maintaining data integrity
  • Communication & Collaboration: Professional diplomacy when pushing back on incomplete project information from Sales or Project leadership 
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ability to identify inconsistencies, verify accuracy, and maintain high-quality work across detailed project documentation and system records

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
