What You'll Do

  • Safety is E2 Optics' number one Core Value. All employees are expected to follow safe work practices, as well as adhere to company and client worksite safety policies and procedures
  • Promote company core values to foster and safeguard a family-centric culture
  • Set up and configure Procore tools, projects, templates, user roles, permissions, and workflows
  • Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and procurement teams to standardize parts lists, material descriptions, and unit costs
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of cost data across all projects and templates
  • Import and manage bulk data (e.g., vendor price lists, assemblies) while preserving data integrity
  • Support integration with external pricing tools, supplier databases, or ERP systems, if applicable
  • Monitor changes in market pricing and vendor updates to keep catalogs current and competitive
  • Manage system updates, integrations, and feature rollouts in collaboration with Procore support and vendors
  • Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits to ensure system compliance and consistency
  • Provide technical support to internal users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to Procore support when necessary

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands-on Procore system administration experience.
  • Procore certification(s) (e.g., Procore Certified: Project Manager, Administrator) preferred.
  • Experience with Procore integrations with NetSuite preferred.
  • Familiarity with other construction tech platforms (e.g., Bluebeam, BIM tools).
  • Proven experience as a Procore Administrator or in a similar role using Procore.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools.

Salary Range

$100,000 $115,000

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight, confined spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
